With 17 years of experience in Chinese language teaching, I serve as the lead teacher of the Lixia District Famous Head Teacher Studio and have been recognized as an Outstanding Class Teacher of Jinan City. I have won first prize multiple times in the District Head Teacher Competence Competition. The class I lead has been honored as an Outstanding Class Collective of Jinan City, achieving first prizes in both choir and art categories at the Jinan City Class Art Show. With twenty-nine years of dedicated service in the field of education, I hold a National Level II Psychological Counselor certification. Remaining steadfast on the front lines of teaching, I adhere to the principles of caring for students and professional dedication, immersing myself in teaching and deepening my research. Twice honored as “Outstanding Educator” by the district government and recognized as Jinan City's Outstanding Homeroom Teacher.
