I aspire to be like a cactus in the desert, cultivating myself with the resilience to endure solitude, facing challenges with the tenacity to withstand storms, and delving deep into education with the persistence to remain true to my初心. Rooted in the fertile soil of teaching, I draw nourishment from wisdom, supporting students' growth upward with professionalism and passion, and radiating the light of education from the three-foot podium.

With 20 years of teaching experience and 12 years as a homeroom teacher, I am a senior psychological consultant. In my work, I focus on deeply integrating information technology with subject teaching to facilitate efficient student learning. Outside the classroom, driven by my passion for calligraphy, I offer elective calligraphy courses to pass on the beauty of traditional culture. Through this dual exploration of teaching and art, I practice the educational philosophy of "cultivating through aesthetics and enlightening through culture."
I have been honored with the Outstanding Homeroom Teacher award in Shizhong District twice. In 2020, I received the National First Prize in the 18th Information Technology and Teaching Integration Competition. In 2013, the course resource "Science School-based Course 'Plant Cultivation'" developed under my direction won first prize in the 2nd Shandong Province Outstanding Course Resource Selection for Primary/Secondary Schools, Special Education Schools, and Kindergartens. Participated in the Shandong Province research project "Research on Science Teaching in Boarding Primary Schools Based on 'Internet +'", which was successfully concluded in November 2019.
