Lu Xiaochen, a member of the Shandong Musicians Association, spearheaded the development of an ocarina curriculum and founded the "Morning Voices" Ocarina Ensemble. The ensemble has established itself as a campus cultural brand through high-quality dedicated concerts and was honored with the title of "Top 100 Student Societies in Lixia District, Jinan." His original musical compositions have received national awards and been broadcast nationwide. He authored the instructional book Learn the Ocarina with Me.With outstanding teaching achievements, he has been awarded the Shandong Provincial Innovation Achievement First Prize and recognized for provincial-level exemplary courses. She serves as the Director of the Psychological Center and is a certified National Level-2 Psychological Counselor, as well as a Family Education Consultant. As a core member of the Jinan Education System's Mental Health Team, she contributed to the provincial research project "Intervention Research for Students with Learning Difficulties Based on Individual Differences," whose outcomes received the Shandong Provincial First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Mental Health Education.
